August 18,20,21: TUE,THU,FRI Optional conditioning, pre-try outs
You must have a completed VHSL physical turned in to the office.
Wear running shoes or cross trainers, shorts&shirt to run in.. Bring a full water bottle. Meet in the cafeteria at 3:00 PM.
We will warm-up and do some light running/jogging.
Rides should be at school by 4:15
